Two 15-story condominium towers in West Soho reinterpret the neighborhood’s industrial vernacular with a masonry grid, oversized windows, and handmade Danish brick. A landscaped courtyard links the towers, while setbacks articulate the massing and create private terraces. The project includes 161 residences with 12-foot ceilings and modern amenities.
