Abandoned for more than half a century, the Neuhoff meat-packing complex is being transformed into a major catalyst for Nashville’s riverfront redevelopment. The master plan preserves and repurposes significant portions of the historic industrial fabric while introducing new construction that strategically threads through the site.

A layered network of pedestrian pathways, courtyards, public roof terraces, and cantilevered catwalks connects 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use program—offices, cultural venues, residential units, and retail/dining—creating a sequence of interconnected public and private experiences.
