Miami Freedom Park re-imagines a former public golf course adjacent to Miami International Airport as a vibrant, mixed-use district centered around a new Major League Soccer stadium. The phased master plan strategically positions the stadium to the east and a structured parking garage to the west, framing a multi-level, open-air village of bars and restaurants designed to foster permeability, connectivity, and year-round activation. A retail promenade extends southward, animated by a blend of local and national vendors, and culminates in a series of indoor and outdoor sports facilities—including gyms, playing fields, and associated retail—that support active recreation and community engagement. Future phases expand northward with mid-rise hotels and office buildings, leveraging site entitlements to create a high-density urban edge. In total, the master plan includes 1.5 million square feet of retail, 1,000 hotel rooms, and 600,000 square feet of office space, establishing a new civic and commercial destination within the city
